Fall 2020 Fundraiser
Since we are unable to hold the second annual Palouse Night of Elegance, we had hoped to hold a virtual silent auction in October 2020. These plans have changed, but our needs remain.
Thank you to all who have so generously donated! We have exceeded our goal!
Additional donations will strengthen our programs even more going forward.
We have a great community which supports caring nonprofits!
October 18 through December 31 we are accepting donations to support
- Pullman Meals on Wheels
- Senior Chore Service
- Publication of “Guide to Senior Services for Pullman & Whitman County”
- Overall operations
The Impact of your Donation
Your donation of any size will sustain our vital programs for seniors. We keep our overhead costs extremely low, and 100% of donation remains in Pullman and Whitman County.
Examples of the impact of your donation include:
$25 funds the meals and overhead costs for 5 hot, nutritious, home-delivered Meals on Wheels.
$50 = cost of administering 10 hours of Senior Chore Service (no charge to seniors)
$100 = cost of publication of 50 Guides to Senior Services, distributed at no charge throughout Whitman County. Distribution has been curtailed due to COVID-19, but we expect to publish and redistribute fresh copies once the virus is under control.
